New England Modular (NEM) was founded in spring 2026 following a reorganization effort to better serve our target demographic; modular home construction and custom tradition builds around New England.

Our core goal at NEM is to streamline the construction process and allow each client to focus on the perfect choices that will make their home uniquely their own.

We take pride in our industry unique construction management model; a blend of tradition and modern technical scrutiny. We honor our New England roots and continue to pursue all of the time proven techniques that make the construction of this region so resilient and uniquely “home”. On the other side of the same coin, we utilize a strong technical background to ensure that every detail, structural or architectural, works to promote our clients goals and minimize project holdups. In order to properly tie these two ideas together, we meticulously ensure our understanding of the constantly evolving code requirements and strive to stay ahead of incoming code changes which may impact the goals of our clients.
